The loose theme around the album is the time traveler who attempts to help a civilization whose home planet is on the verge of obliteration due to the instability of a sun in its solar system. Soul Traveler begins with the strangely titled 'Three planets, two suns, one moon'.
The second piece is a second section of the opening rock number on LPD`s previous album, 'Islands in a forgotten sea'. (7 on the Soundclick music player).
By the time 'On our own' opens, the Soul Traveler has left and a future must be born of a new world - Novus mundus.

Road chill came about from playing around with sound-clips with a view to integrating keyboard lead
and backing onto them. It provides a creative alternative to pure keyboard composition, but has its
own set of challenges. One problem is that of running out of soundclips!
